Through the moving figure and fragmentation, Diana Coca uses the self-portrait as a support to provoke the contained violence of the multiplying contrast between the noise of urban spaces and the pure nature not violated by the human being. The body never appears completely, but rather by parts or splinters, giving subjectivity to the self-portrait. She wants, in some way, to insert our postmodern and sensory mutilations (the body without organs of Deleuze and Guattari) into a liberating plant origin.
